How shipping works
- Hearing test first. Devices cannot ship until a current hearing test is received and reviewed by a licensed hearing instrument specialist.
- Programming before shipping. Your devices are programmed to your hearing profile before they leave — not shipped as generic units.
- Timeline provided upfront. Your specialist will give you a clear shipping and delivery timeline during your Lifestyle Match™ conversation, before any order is finalized.
